Amanda and her classmates went to the Kids' Kampong today together with 3 other classes.... She was so excited about this outing especially since this was one of the few outings for this year.....
I decided to prepare snacks for her to eat during tea break since lately she seems to be bugging me to pack food for her..... Lesson learnt from the Onigiri which I made the night before... So today, I prepared her sandwich just before she left for school....
i saw these from valerie's blog and thought she was very creative.... hence decided to make this for amanda too.... nutella, peanut butter and cheese.... i used toothpicks on all the rolls since her hands may be dirty from the outing and i didn't want her to touch the roll with her bare hands....
she looked so happy with her mini swiss rolls and mini octopuses... thank you valerie for sharing in your blog.... :)
and off she went to school for the excursion...

didn't know why she took so many pictures of this, but i didn't want to delete since she had taken them...

she came back looking so happy with the 10 fishes she caught...
a picture with mama before we left for cruise centre... didn't have much time so we gotta rush there... kongkong drove and parked his car there for 3 days...
we put the 10 fishes in the container provided since their oxygen level was running low...
by the time we came back from the cruise after 3 days, she was left with only 4 fishes... how sad.... daddy smsed me that 2 of the fishes died the night we left for the cruise and he immediately improvised the pump and placed a small plant inside... but it seems like these fishes are quite weak... a few more died after daddy fixed the pump... so now we are keeping our fingers crossed with these 4 survivors.... :))
Okie.... We are off for our cruise.....
