Tim Sum At Crystal Jade

I was working from morning till 4pm on a Saturday.......  I was supposed to drop Amanda off for enrichment and then attend a business brunch meeting.  However, Amanda suddenly vomitted so much at the carpark so I decided not to let her attend class...  Instead she came along with me for the meeting.  We had brunch at Culina at Dempsey...  No pictures taken since it was a serious business meeting, so cannot take photos right?...  ahem ahem....  must be professional...

Amanda was so funny, she chose the "chairman" seat and my boss (owner's wife) asked her if she was going to chair the meeting...  hahaha....  Amanda enjoyed her food whilst listening to us talk.  She ate Seafood Pasta and drank a cup of hot chocolate....  the prawns were super fresh and she was quietly sitting at the corner eating her food...  I caught my boss (owner) stealing glances at Amanda as I think he was simply amazed at how clean she de-shelled her prawns... heehee.....  After Amanda's stomach was filled, she became sleepy and she soon dozed off while lying on the cushion....  Everyone at the meeting table (including our business associates) laughed when they saw her sleeping so soundly after the meal.  This is what we call "good life"...  the Chinese saying, 睡饱吃, 吃饱睡.........  haha! 

Ok, nuff said about my business brunch meeting....

I have been craving for Tim Sum for a while...  so when we reached home from our meeting, Daddy brought us to Crystal Jade at Holland Village to satisfy my cravings....  Notice I mentioned "we"?....  yes, Amanda was with me throughout and when she came back, she said "Aiya... I'm so tired"...  as if she just came back from work.....  :))

dropped by jelita cold storage to get lemsip for daddy as he was having a bad flu....

That ends our Saturday since Amanda was coughing, Daddy has a bad flu and I have been complaining of shoulder ache for the past few weeks....  Moreover, Amanda and I were also quite worn out after our long meeting...  So it was better that the whole family stay home to rest and recover.......
