Disclaimer : This post is not meant as a show-off or anything of that extent... It is just a recognition of my little darling's marked improvement in her results which we are so proud of.... :))
We received this letter on 24 November 2010, which states Edusave Merit Bursary. We were very surprised to receive this letter and as we read on, we realised that Amanda received this because she was quote within the Top 25% in terms of academic performance in her level and stream in school... unquote....
Boy were we elated when we saw this! But... having read further, we realised that we are not able to claim because we didn't meet the other criteria of household income.... Haiz... But anyway, getting the money is not so important..... Most importantly, my little darling has shown improvement in her work from Pri 1 to Pri 2, and this letter is an assurance of it...

Amanda was very elated about this whole thing... It may mean nothing to those who have consistently been getting excellent results (by the way, I used to get such letters when I was in school too... heehee...), but to her and us, we are very happy and proud of her as this is her first time and bearing in mind that this year's results is extremely competitive...
Well done Baby and keep up the good work!!!
