I went for baking class this afternoon.... We baked Date & Figs Cake and Brioche Bread with Milk Pudding... main reason was because I wanted to learn bread making so that I can bake fresh from oven home-made bread for my precious babe(s)... i.e. daddy and my baby...

we made 7 buns each.... i gave 3 to mum and kept 4 for myself....
Pat and I enjoyed the baking class today.... and we are going to attend other classes when we come across any interesting recipes...
