Amanda's Badge

Today, she finally received the recognition badge from the school...  It was such a long time ago that we have already forgotten about it, when she showed us the badge proudly... 

Well done Darling...  We are so proud of you!!!

Today is Amanda's English Paper 1 Exam and tomorrow, her Chinese Paper 1....  We are keeping our fingers crossed that she does reasonably well for both papers as she has been quite weak in her writing skills, especially Chinese Composition....

Daddy and I fetched Amanda from school today and we headed straight to Serangoon as Daddy and I wanted to try the Chong Pang Nasi Lemak...  However, we were so disappointed when we reached there as the shop was closed...  what a let down!  So we ended up "tapowing" their special noodles and also Ho Kee Pau...  and....  yummy durians!

we came across this traditional bread shop where every loaf of bread is hand-made....  so interesting to be able to find such shops these days...  hmmm...  must try the bread one of these days...
