Finally satisfied my cravings for Mala Steamboat.... and we had our virgin Mala Steamboat experience at The Magic of Chongqing HotPot at Tanglin Shopping Centre.... It was a A-la-Carte Buffet... so which means we can order any food we love from the menu.....
2 types of soup bases... the clear chicken broth was faced towards amanda....
the special sauce which was specially concocted by the waitress as we told her this is our first experience.... daddy simply adores this sauce....
our reasonably healthy selection of food... the prawns was simply huge.. but daddy and i each had only 2 pieces.... and baby had none cos she doesn't fancy prawns....
we ordered these duck liver but daddy rejected them after trying one.... not to our liking...
and they served us some sweet snacks in the middle of our meal... quite interesting cos at first it was the starters, then the sweet treats in the middle and finally the desserts....
amanda opted for the cookies & cream ice cream while daddy & i chose the 8 treasures porridge.... oh yes, the 8 treasures drink was awesome too!
