Part 3 and the last part to our 5 days HK Educational Tour....... As mentioned earlier, these are just some of the many photos I took during the entire 5 days trip... the full set of photos will be uploaded on my facebook...
TWGH Memorial Primary School.....
daddy and mrs yeo (aunty jenny)...
she was really attentive and so engrossed....
at times she got confused... it was afterall primary 6 maths... and what's more.... in mandarin!
laying her hands on the beaker...
daddy and i were just so amazed at how amanda was able to blend into the group and really enjoy the pri 6 maths.... (at times, we wonder if she really understood what she was doing....) LOL!!!
performance by twgh...
chinese dance performance by svps....
the boys of twgh who willing posed for the photo....
a group photo...
the school was so generous... each kid received a bag of school souvenirs... even the adults received a whole bag souvenirs incl cups...
see how elated she looks.... a sense of achievement for her... to be able to sit in a class of primary 6 maths in mandarin.... :))
Amanda really enjoyed herself very very much at this school today... the session was so interactive and she got to watch the entire performance today... Yes, she managed to stay awake today... She was really super duper happy..... *smiles*
OCEAN PARK.....
outside ocean park...
taking the ocean express from the lowland to the highland.... this is new... we didn't see it when we were here during chinese new year 2009....
this clown played tricks on amanda.... kept throwing balls for amanda to pick.. initially amanda didn't know it was a trick so she picked up the balls for her twice or thrice... then it dawned on her that she was being tricked... in the end, she refused to pick up the balls for the clown... hahaha!
ooh.. i'm so in love with my camera.... muacks!
feeding time! can you see santa feeding the fishes?....
amanda was sulking as she was under-height to take the dragon rollercoaster....
having fun while waiting for daddy taking his abyss ride.... look at amanda's neat plaits... thanks to aunty jennifer lim who helped amanda tie up her hair.... so sweet of her....
managed to capture these shots while daddy was on the abyss...
a model of the abyss.... as usual, amanda was below the minimum height requirement...
she was so upset that i had to appease her with a candy floss...
a happy amanda, at last....
the 3 princesses again....
amanda conquered the MINE TRAIN ROLLERCOASTER... she was slightly below the height requirement (maybe by 1 cm) but the guy allowed her to take the ride...
Amanda was very scared halfway through the ride as she looked down into the sea at 45 degrees angle.... and she told daddy "Daddy i don't want to go there...." and in split seconds... VROOOMMMMM!!! Down she went!!! But she still managed to squeeze out a smile for the final picture....
she had taken this ride during cny 2009... so it was nothing new to her.. this time, she wasn't wet at all... no pictures of them going uphill and downhill this time as i wasn't prepared for the shots...
i was totally exhausted from the uphills, downhills and steps in ocean park... coupled with the super heavy load in my bag..... so daddy ended up carrying it for me to lighten my load....
amanda was lucky again to be selected to grace the light-up ceremony at ocean park... and she got this cute christmas hat as a gift..... she's just so lucky both in disneyland and ocean park!!!
a group photo with the chinese dancers....
last chance for hui lau shan... this trip, we didn't get any chance to sit in to enjoy the desserts... very tight schedule... check out amanda's hk disneyland sweater which i bought for her last year during fm hk airport during one of my business trips....
outisde the hong kong museum of history, hours before our flight back to singapore......
ladies power!!!
the kids watched this movie 3 years 8 months... re japanese occupation.... (check out amanda's scorpion plaits)....
amanda with aunty jennifer... she was so sweet to tie amanda's hair again the next day...
amanda with her new luggage.... she was delighted as she saw me wheeling the luggage to her.... she was having her fishball noodles at the airport with daddy, whilst i went for my last minute shopping.... decided to get it for her as janelyn told me it is cheaper here.... :))
waiting to board the flight... amanda was all ready for singapore's humid weather....
as usual, she slept through the flight.... must be the effects of the medication....
and daddy got to enjoy amanda's delicious food.....
home sweet home.....
2 princesses with their 2 disney princess luggage.... so cute....
We thoroughly enjoyed this HK trip, especially Amanda... Thank you Aunty Jenny for making this possible!!!
And most importantly, my little darling did not vomit at all both on the way to HK and back to Singapore.... WELL DONE BABY!!!
