Amanda's First Filming Experience

Amanda had her very first filming experience today....  a movie by Jack Neo....  It was a very very small role, but it was a very good experience for her.  Call time was 7.00 am and filming ended close to 8.00 pm... a total of 13 hours!  It was very tiring, but she thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it....

Here are some of the shots....

the last scene....

a last photo before she calls it a day... babe was too tired and not in the mood to take this picture... so she deliberately covered her face....  naughty naughty!!

Amanda says "Don't forget to watch out for me in the movie which is scheduled to be aired in February 2010!!!"

Special thanks to Aunty Justene for making this possible...  thank you!!!

Happy Halloween 2009

We organised a Kids' Halloween Party for Amanda and her friends; a lovely bunch of 7 year old kids (except for a cute little 5 year old girl) on 18 October 2009...  We initially wanted to hold the party on the actual day 31 October but did not do so because it was the exam week of the kids....

Lots of preparation were done including the decoration, games, prizes for games, goodie bags, food and halloween music etc etc....  Special thanks goes to Kevin who helped me with the music...  Thank you Kevin!

A big THANK YOU to the kids and their parents too... for their co-operation in dressing up their lovely kids according to the theme (we had little devils, pirates, witches, vampires, fairies, princesses, swan lake ballerina, butterflies etc. for the night) and hence making this Halloween Party such a great success!

The Preparation

halloween lollies...

mini cupcakes in the making....

goodie bags... supposedly to look like pumpkins and the green string as the leaves...

we put in a lot of effort to decorate the house....

Our Food

The party was a great success, and considering the fact that this is my first time organising a Halloween Party!  The kids enjoyed themselves so so much and they loved the games prizes I got for them too.... e.g. disney stationery sets, princess pencil cases, hello kitty pouches, winnie the pooh water bottles, glitter pens, mechanical pencils, disney colour pencils etc etc....

I'm now thinking of doing a Christmas Costume party for the kids in December....  Hmmm.... we'll see how it goes...

The complete set of photographs can be found in the slides below......  lots and lots of them....  so enjoy!!!
