we ordered both chilli crabs and black pepper crabs... both kongkong and mama's favourite! :)

Dinner at Muthu's Flavours at Dempsey.... now I know why I'm unable to diet successfully and lose weight....  Haiz...

one dish was missing... our masala chicken... i think i had forgotten to take a picture of it... too excited the moment they laid the food on the table... teehee!!

KAI, a new member to our Family...

Amanda has been pestering us to get her a pet. So today, we drove to Goodwill Bird Shop at Serangoon and bought a blue Budgerigar (Budgie in short).  Budgies are part of the Parakeet family...  There were so many budgies in so many colours for us to choose and we were in awe.... bright yellow, luminous green, turquoise blue, white, greenish blue etc... gosh, didn't know budgies come in so many colours... probably because Goodwill is one of the most reknowned bird shop in Singapore, as I read from their website that Ministers, Celebrities, Datuks and Datins patronise their shop...

kai all curled up when sleeping at night... wonder how he curled and balanced himself... but strangely, he only did that the first few nights he came...

Amanda's SHORT Hair....

24 March - Lunch for Amanda and Snacks for Daddy and I, at Xin Wang Cafe...

brought amanda to william's place after school for her hair CUT (not trim)....

as usual, she asked for coke when william asked her what she wanted to drink...

amanda's new look... really short hair! gosh, she was really unhappy with the cut... and she told me, "mummy, i looked cute in this hairstyle last time because i was young and cute, but this hairstyle no longer suits me as i'm a big girl now... and this will be the last time I'm cutting my hair so short".... but the good thing about her is, she doesn't whine, blame nor complain... she just told me she will never cut her hair so short again....

Daddy and I thought she looked really neat and studious, though I do agree that it's a little too short... but then, her hair will grow, won't it?

Guess what?! We received a letter from the school that the school's class photo-taking was in a few days' time.... gosh! No time for the hair to grow even 1 mm.... She told me she's sure gonna look really awful in her new hairstyle... *faints*

March School Hols Randoms

18 March - An impromptu visit to the Omni Theatre resulted in us re-joining the Friends of the Science Centre today...  We watched 2 IMAX movies back to back today... The Sea Rex and The Legends of Flights.... Made full use of our membership aye?

19 & 20 March - Swimming, Test at APS and Empire State Restaurant (gosh, I forgot the name all of a sudden)....
